SERVICE AGREEMENTS

Service agreements will provide scheduled preventive maintenance services for commercial and industrial loading dock equipment, overhead doors, and related systems at the Customer’s facility. The purpose of a service agreement is to: • Improve equipment reliability and safety • Reduce unplanned downtime • Extend equipment life expectancy • Identify repairs before major failure occurs • Assist Customer with OSHA and operational safety compliance Ron Bush, Inc. will perform routine preventive maintenance inspections and service including, but not limited to: OVERHEAD & INDUSTRIAL DOORS • Inspect door balance and operation • Inspect springs, bearings, rollers, hinges, tracks, and cables • Check motor operators and controls • Inspect photo eyes and safety devices • Tighten accessible hardware • Lubricate moving components where applicable • Check weather seals and bottom astragals • Verify proper opening and closing limits • Identify worn or damaged components DOCK EQUIPMENT • Inspect dock leveler structural components • Inspect hydraulic systems and fluid levels • Inspect hold-downs and lip operation • Check welds, pins, and hinge points • Inspect dock bumpers and pit conditions • Inspect vehicle restraints and communication systems • Verify proper operation of safety features • Lubricate applicable components GENERAL SERVICES • Perform visual safety inspection • Provide written PM report • Provide repair recommendations with priority levels • Document deficiencies and operational concerns Preventive maintenance visits will be performed either Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, or Annually.
